About US

Hi! We're Nadda (Ned-UH) & Arielle (Are-e-elle)

We are two Speech-Language Pathologists and friends with a passion for supporting moms and babies.

Does this sound familiar?

01

Your concerns have been dismissed by your providers

02

You're exhausted and don't know if your baby's challenges will ever improve

03

You suspect your baby might have a tongue/lip tie

04

You've been told your baby is tied

05

You have clients who you suspect have ties but don't know enough to support them

06

You don't know where to begin to find the right support

We noticed that our friends, families, and clients were completely overwhelmed by the impact of ties on their babies and toddlers.

In fact, we were overwhelmed and lost when we first learned about ties!

So we created the most parent friendly and comprehensive guide we wish we had years ago.

Whether your goal is to increase your understanding of tongue/lip ties or know what steps to take if you suspect your baby or toddler has ties, this guide will understand the "why" behind challenges you and your baby/toddler may be experiencing and provide you with all the tools and support you need to go from overwhelm to empowered and confident!

We have been where you are today. We know how exhausting it can feel to advocate for your baby time and time again and get little to know support in return. So we created the guide we wish had with all the information you need to help you navigate TOTs, feel supported, and less alone.

Courtney Marzban,

DMD, Pediatric Dentist

"This amazing, thorough guide is perfect for providers and parents alike. It covers all the important questions and concerns on parent's minds when entering the overwhelming world of TOTs. I can't wait to share it with my patients and colleagues! "

Lindsay B.,

First time mom

"This guide went above and beyond what we were able to gather on our own through multiple providers. After our baby was diagnosed with a tongue tie by our pediatrician, it was quickly dismissed by the ENT that we were referred to. From there we received a lot of mixed information on whether or not any TOT was present. It wasn't until reading this guide that we felt confident in our choice to seek out one last specialist who would confirm the findings of 2 TOT locations, and performed a release."

Rachael Shepard-Ohta,

Mom to 3, Certified Sleep Specialist

"This guide is essential for any new parent starting their journey with ties - it's truly a one stop shop for everything you'll need to know to support your baby and to help them thrive!"
